I have served on nine boards across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, holding key roles including Board Chair, Nominating & Governance Chair, Audit/Finance Committee Chair, and Compensation Committee Member. I’ve worked with companies to transform their boards, lead high-stakes leadership transitions, and guide critical strategic pivots. I also played an instrumental role in taking a company public, forming and serving on a Strategic Advisory Committee that helped lead the company through its IPO—an essential exit strategy for investors.

Business Exit Coaching
A successful business exit isn’t just about closing a deal—it’s about maximizing value, protecting your legacy, and ensuring a seamless transition. Real-world experience is critical, and I bring a well-rounded, hands-on perspective to every exit strategy.
I’ve sold my own businesses, led a private equity firm that made significant minority and majority investments in mid-market companies, and vetted over 1,000 privately held companies valued between $50M–$350M. Having been on both sides of the table—as a seller and investor—I provide deep insight and strategic expertise to help business owners successfully navigate every stage of the exit process.
As part of my leadership coaching practice, I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Exit Pathways, a firm dedicated to helping mid-market businesses ($50M–$250M) successfully sell, transition, or restructure. As a seasoned executive leader, company founder, board member, and leadership coach, I’ve led teams across five continents, worked inside some of the world’s largest organizations, and advised business owners, executives, and boards through high-stakes decisions and transformations. I’ve been on both sides of the table—as a leader making tough calls and as a coach guiding businesses at every stage. I know what it takes to build, scale, and lead with confidence.
But my experience isn’t just built within companies and boardrooms. I’ve run marathons, competed in triathlons, and completed the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim (48 miles in a single push). I’ve traveled to some of the world’s most remote places, and I’m an avid runner, mountain biker, fly-fisherman, and outdoorsman—because leadership, like endurance, requires grit, adaptability, and the ability to push beyond comfort.
