Navigating growth, change, and high-stakes decisions requires more than experience—it takes perspective, clarity, and strategic thinking. With over three decades of leadership experience, I’ve worked across industries and business stages—from global corporations to early-stage ventures—helping leaders tackle complex challenges and lead with confidence.
I’ve guided executives, business owners, and boards through business transitions, restructurings, leadership team development, and organizational growth. Whether the challenge is scaling, navigating uncertainty, or making critical decisions, I provide practical, real-world guidance to help leaders create momentum and drive sustainable success.
A key part of my strategic coaching is helping business owners prepare for and execute successful exits. I’ve sold my own companies, led a private equity firm investing in mid-market businesses, and vetted over 1,000 privately held companies valued between $50M–$350M. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Exit Pathways, I work with owners to structure high-value exits, align leadership, and protect what they’ve built.
Board Leadership
Strong board leadership is the foundation of a thriving organization. I bring the experience, strategic insight, and governance expertise to help companies navigate complexity and drive meaningful impact.
I have served on nine boards across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, holding key roles including Board Chair, Nominating & Governance Chair, Audit/Finance Committee Chair, and Compensation Committee Member. I’ve worked with companies to transform their boards, lead high-stakes leadership transitions, and guide critical strategic pivots. I also played an instrumental role in taking a company public, forming and serving on a Strategic Advisory Committee that helped lead the company through its IPO—an essential exit strategy for investors.
