I’ve spent my career helping leaders navigate complexity, make tough decisions, and drive real results. Leadership isn’t easy—it demands clarity, resilience, and the ability to adapt when the stakes are high. That’s where I come in.

I’m a leadership coach, partnering with executive teams and boards to solve complex challenges and create lasting impact. With 30+ years of experience, I’ve led teams across five continents, worked inside some of the world’s largest organizations, co-founded five companies, and served on nine boards. I’ve advised leadership teams through critical decisions, guided business owners through successful exits, and helped boards strengthen governance and strategy.

My work focuses on strategic coaching, board leadership, business exit coaching, and keynote speaking—helping leaders cut through uncertainty, lead with confidence, and create real momentum. I also write Rivr Notes, a weekly newsletter offering practical leadership insights for those tackling everyday challenges.

Beyond work, I push my own limits through endurance challenges—running marathons, competing in triathlons, and completing the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim (48 miles in a single push). I’m an avid runner, mountain biker, fly-fisherman, and outdoorsman—because leadership, like endurance, requires grit, adaptability, and the willingness to go beyond comfort.
