Over the past 30 years, I’ve co-founded five companies, served on nine boards, and advised executives and owners through growth, exits, and reinvention. My work has always focused on the same throughline: practical leadership, deep reflection, and results that matter.

OnRivr is where I share what I’ve learned—and what I’m still learning. Through Rivr Notes, my monthly newsletter, and Rivr Conversations, its companion podcast, I offer grounded insights for leaders who value both presence and performance. I also speak, facilitate executive retreats, and collaborate with teams and boards ready to think differently and lead more intentionally.

Outside of work, you’ll find me running mountain trails, fly fishing alpine creeks, or tackling endurance challenges like the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim. I believe leadership, like adventure, requires perspective, grit, and the courage to go beyond comfort.
